A Pennsylvania federal judge on Tuesday granted Chase Bank and Zelle's
request to arbitrate customer claims they acted negligently and violated
consumer protection laws by refusing to refund stolen funds, with the judge
saying that relevant virtual terms of service required by Chase are valid,
and that Zelle may enforce the agreement as a third-party beneficiary.
