A New York federal judge on Tuesday set a fall trial date for the former
CEO of real estate investment firm ArciTerra, who denied issuing a fake $77
million tender offer for WeWork shares in a bid to artificially pump up the
stock price days before the office-sharing company slid into bankruptcy.
