10th Circ. Revives Pilgrim's Pride Investors' Price-Fixing Suit

A Tenth Circuit panel revived a securities fraud suit against poultry giant
Pilgrim's Pride, ruling that the lower court wrongfully threw out the
second amended complaint, which alleged that the company engaged in a
price-fixing scheme, as time-barred.
