[userserv-wg] GGF13 Session Requests

The sessions are 90 minutes long, so they will be busy, but I think we can
get through everything. Most of this has already been discussed on the
mailing list, so my expectation is more for clarification of where we are
and commitment to future activities. I don't know that there's anything
really new here, and I'd rather not get bogged down in rehashing history,
which tends to be where groups lose track of time during meetings.
That said, it would be helpful if someone could post the current "Grid
Constitution" and "Tools and Requirements" documents to the list or send a
pointer to them in gridforge. I need to link them on to the session
request. I'll add in the charter for the merged group and recirculate the
notes from the Brussels meeting, where we brainstormed issues that people
felt PGM should be addressing. If we can review this material on the
mailing list before GGF13, is will help things progress more smoothly.
Also, my intention for the second meeting is like a mid-life BOF. I see it
as a "State of the RG" presentation, for probably no more than 30 minutes,
then open discussions with people who are new to the group and may be
interested in getting involved. My goal is to try to engage the "tourists"
and invite them to participate more actively.
I hope this clarifies what I'm shooting for with such an apparently
aggressive schedule. Please let me know what you think.
thx
LM
