Starting Point See:

Note that there were a few changes to the RM as a result of the last
call.
1) Admin Domain:
Proposal -> Admin Domain is a tuple of (Organization, Location). An
organization with multiple sites would list multiple admin domains.
Proposal -> Admin Domain and Location as separate entities. An Admin
Domain is assignment of roles to an collection of Actors where their
Roles and privileges are governed by Policies. An Admin Domain may
be linked to a Location through a Physical Component. An Organization
is a collection of relationships between Admin Domains. Admin Domains
may be hierarchal or posses other relationships. Agreed.
For example, an Admin Domain is linked to a collection of Resources
which have a Location.
We need a Site concept, which is a tuple of (Admin Domain, Location).
5) Virtual Organization:
Proposal -> An Organization without a location. There was some debate
about how this might compare to common usage.
Proposal -> VO is a subtype of Organization and Institution is a
subtype of organization.
Proposal -> Don't explicitly define Organization or VO.
Proposal -> A Virtual Organization is a type of Admin Domain. The VO
will typically be a collection of Admin Domains.
Proposal -> A Virtual Organization may be realized as an Admin
Domain. Agreed.
2) There is a fundamental aspect of hierarchy involved in the
structure of Admin Domains, although Admin Domains may have other
domains.
4) Element needs to be renamed. Agreed
3) Splitting share is Agreed.
Follow up call Wednesday at 16:00 UK Time same Numbers.
