NSI schedule parameters(startTime, endTime) have to use xsd:dateTime(XMLGregorianCalendar) as defined in the ogf_nsi_connection_types_v1_0.xsd.
Unfortunately, we cannot support your schedule parameters in our implementation.
Development members are now on board to Rio.
