Insurance giant Cigna Group wants a Connecticut federal court to toss a
proposed class action alleging that an algorithm unlawfully rejected
hundreds of thousands of claims en masse and without a proper review,
arguing the suit is based on a "misleading" news article and shows a
misunderstanding of the health insurer's claim denial process.
