The now-defunct Silvergate Bank and its CEO must face a proposed class
action brought by customers of bankrupt cryptocurrency exchange FTX, a
California federal judge ruled Wednesday, finding that Silvergate owed a
duty to FTX customers and that its conduct harmed them.
