Seton Hall University has called on a New Jersey state court to throw out
its former president's claims he was forced out for blowing the whistle on
alleged misconduct by former board chair and prominent criminal defense
attorney Kevin Marino, saying the suit is "what can best be described as
gamesmanship, and at worst sheer dishonesty."
