A compounding pharmacy and its president trashed the Connecticut attorney
general's $11 million false claims and kickback allegations against them as
a "house of cards" that awarded "a sweetheart cooperation deal" to an
alleged co-conspirator and improperly benefited private attorneys, calling
instead for a judgment against the state.
