Nvidia has asked the U.S. Supreme Court to weigh in on a Ninth Circuit
decision partially resurrecting a suit accusing the technology company of
understating more than $1 billion in sales to cryptocurrency miners,
arguing that the justices are needed to clarify the Private Securities
Litigation Reform Act's pleading requirements.
