Seton Hall University's ex-president has filed an amended whistleblower
complaint against the school that centers on alleged misconduct by its
former board chair, prominent criminal defense attorney Kevin Marino of
Marino Tortorella & Boyle PC, contending that the university launched a
fake investigation into accusations of sexual harassment.
