A California federal judge has refused to send to arbitration a putative
class action alleging cryptocurrency company Jump Trading duped investors
to fund Terraform's stablecoins, which lost more than 90% of their value
within weeks, but he tossed the complaint, with leave to amend, for failing
to sufficiently allege securities fraud.
