An Arizona federal judge dismissed a $15 million lawsuit against an
Internal Revenue Service agent and two assistant U.S. attorneys brought by
an investment adviser convicted of filing false tax returns, saying
Thursday the government employees were immune from claims that included
racketeering and malicious prosecution.
