The day after a national panel that reviews judicial misconduct affirmed
Federal Circuit Judge Pauline Newman's suspension for refusing to undergo
medical tests as part of a probe into her mental fitness, the judge
complained Thursday that she had been taken off an email list that goes to
all judges.
