whistleblower claims alleging the school failed to act on his multiple
concerns about the school's former board chair, prominent criminal defense
attorney Kevin Marino, including that Marino allegedly tried to negotiate a
lucrative exit package for the then-dean of the law school amid an ongoing
embezzlement probe.
