A transplant surgeon at Memorial Hermann Texas Medical Center in Houston
and the families of three patients who died while on the hospital's liver
transplant waiting list told a judge Thursday that they had agreed to a
temporary restraining order preventing the doctor from deleting or altering
any documents related to the families' wrongful death claims.
