A vice chancellor of the Delaware Court of Chancery on Wednesday refused to
toss most claims in a stockholder suit led by a Pittsburgh pension fund
targeting a $344 million tax-asset buyout at The Carlyle Group Inc., though
she did trim the suit by a single count.
