A New York federal judge said a Miami rapper's motion for default judgment
against Tekashi 6ix9ine, aka Daniel Hernandez, in a copyright infringement
lawsuit should be denied, saying the rapper hadn't fully complied with the
Servicemembers Civil Relief Act to show Hernandez isn't in the military.
