U.S. District Judge Charles Breyer on Tuesday chided a Steptoe partner
representing former Autonomy CEO Michael Lynch in his criminal fraud jury
trial, saying that his hourslong questioning of a Deloitte partner
shouldn't go on much longer, or "you're going to lose these people."
