Citing billions of dollars in regulatory agency sanctions, fines and
judgments and allegedly chronic disregard of "red flag" reports and fake
account investigations, a Wells Fargo & Co. stockholder has sued 23 current
and former bank directors and officers in Delaware's Court of Chancery,
seeking derivative recoveries for the losses.
