A New York federal judge has refused to toss a proposed class action
accusing cryptocurrency platform BitMEX and its executives of using their
"God access" to customer accounts to manipulate trades and liquidate the
accounts, finding that under the Second Circuit's recent Binance ruling,
the transactions occurred in the U.S.
