problem :(
i have request to work on dissociation disorder more [intendedly?]
i'm not sure ....
i can at _least_ say here that i need a coping strategy for when part
of me expresses strongly and it seems irrational/bad

often these things are paired with coverup habits, but maybe i could
find a way to write through it?
also they are often near resonating worse states of mind :S
