Ugandan Bank Can Pursue $211M Fraudulent Takeover Claim

A London appellate court has revived a Ugandan bank's $211 million claim
that it was the victim of a fraudulent takeover plot by Ugandan state
officials and a rival, overturning a ruling that the defendants were
protected by state immunity.
