Ex-Lockheed Atty Lied To Bolster Retaliation Suit, Judge Says

A federal judge has dismissed a retaliation lawsuit from a former Lockheed
Martin attorney, saying she lied under oath about her employment and income
after she left the company, which would have affected any damages she
received if she had won or settled the case.
