Crocs Says It Never Defamed Shoe Co. Over Patent Settlement

The foam shoe maker Crocs has urged a Colorado federal judge to throw out a
Canadian company's defamation suit, arguing in two motions that its
statements about a 2022 patent settlement were accurate and an exercise of
free speech.
