60-Day Suspension Proposed For Chandra Levy Prosecutor

A D.C. attorney ethics board has recommended a 60-day suspension for the
lead prosecutor in the Chandra Levy case, finding she "failed to uphold her
duties" by withholding crucial evidence from the defense.
