i wonder what _our_ meaning is.

but the suspicion is that spamming the list might be held as okay,
underneath other concepts. that it could be very used to spam. this
isn't known for certain. the idea is worrisome. we have exposure to
people being unable to relate information to us that is important. but
some action is needed, in life in general.
