legal costs so far."

We have iiNet, Australia's second largest ISP, to thank for this. They
have seen the economic self interest in putting some resources to
establishing sane internet-related rulings. I call it "enlightened
economic self interest" as it appears to be at least a step above the
average corporate nature.
