A foreign exchange firm accused by the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading
Commission of defrauding customers is calling on a New Jersey federal judge
to sanction the agency for a "pattern of misconduct" that includes
knowingly submitting false statements to the court and attempting to
intrude on attorney-client privilege.
