Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani's creditors want to probe his
finances, his businesses, his advisers and even defense funds paying some
of his legal bills, telling a bankruptcy court in a filing late Thursday
that his history of shirking discovery requests in other cases and concerns
that he could be hiding assets warrant a formal investigation.
