Crypto conglomerate Digital Currency Group Inc. and its CEO told a New York
trial court on Wednesday that the state attorney general's claims that it
defrauded customers out of more than $3 billion are "a thin web of baseless
innuendo, blatant mischaracterizations and unsupported conclusory
statements" that should be permanently tossed.
