A California federal judge has dismissed the underwriters and significantly
trimmed the remaining claims in a case against fintech company Ryvyl Inc.
and certain executives, accusing them of concealing accounting issues,
saying the plaintiffs have adequately alleged only a few misleading
statements and knowledge of wrongdoing by one executive.
