Chief U.S. District Judge Rodney Gilstrap ordered a damages retrial in
infringement litigation between G+ Communications and Samsung on Friday,
warning there would otherwise be a "guaranteed 'train wreck'" since both
parties failed to explain what they believed the $67.5 million verdict
means.
