JPMorgan Chase Bank NA and Early Warning Services LLC, Zelle's parent
company, will see account holder fraud allegations sent to arbitration
after they argued the customers who brought a proposed class action had
agreed to arbitration "multiple times," a Manhattan federal judge
determined.
