A D.C. federal judge on Tuesday partially granted a request by the federal
government to amend a judgment in a whistleblower False Claims Act case
against Gen Digital Inc. for its alleged overcharges, scrapping a $1.6
million damages award and replacing it with a $53 million judgment.
