Wells Fargo pension fund stockholder hit the big bank with a derivative complaint against its board for not having proper diversity, equity and inclusion monitoring systems

Everyone tune in and watch the 8:00am interview on Bloomberg this morning
with Wells Fargo.

I am not sure of the SEC's Touting ethics rules, but in Journalism school
at Bond University in Australia, it would seem that Bloomberg would ask
their guest at 8:00am about Wells Fargo board room innovation.

Or who knows who else will sue...
