Pretty much just a cellphone tower with a phased array antenna, I think. 
Nothing too absurd or new.

There are only 6 of them up as yet, so coverage is minimal - they need 
30,000 for global coverage.

shows the antenna. The top six are cellphone sats, the rest are standard 
Starlink V2 broadband.
