The U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York has filed
a second superseding indictment charging bankrupt Chinese exile Ho Wan Kwok
and two co-defendants with racketeering conspiracy in connection with an
alleged multimillion-dollar money laundering scheme.
