ExxonMobil Corp. says it should be allowed to move forward with a lawsuit
against a pair of activist investors who proposed that the company speed up
the pace of its greenhouse gas emission reductions, arguing that the
investors' decision to withdraw the proposal will not prevent a similar one
from being filed in the future.
