Childhood sexual abuse survivors on Friday asked the U.S. Supreme Court to
halt the Boy Scouts' bankruptcy plan and its fast-approaching claims
deadline because they would be forced to waive liability for third parties,
saying the high court is considering the same issue in the Purdue Pharma
appeal.
