New Jersey will change its character and fitness questionnaire to ask less
invasive questions of sexual assault survivors, after a Law360 inquiry
about the form. With nearly every state asking would-be lawyers questions
that could dredge up sexual traumas, some attorneys are calling for other
states to follow New Jersey's lead.
