In a scathing brief, Major Lindsey & Africa LLC has accused a former
employee's bankruptcy trustee of wanting a "media splash" by filing an
"unnecessary motion" in violation of professional courtesy, amid the
trustee's pursuit of negligence claims in New York state court that accuse
the legal recruiter of "empowering" a colleague to sexually assault the
employee.
