A former senior adviser to Donald Trump's 2016 presidential campaign urged
a New York federal magistrate judge Tuesday to recuse herself from the
adviser's pregnancy discrimination suit, arguing the judge is biased
against her, and it's "no surprise" given the judge's prior work as a
Proskauer Rose LLP employment attorney.
