An attorney for Jussie Smollett has asked an Illinois federal judge for
another round of sanctions after two brothers who allegedly helped stage a
hate crime against the actor failed to turn over discovery, saying they've
refused to turn over records or answer questions in the defamation suit
pertaining to their mental health treatment.
