An architectural and marketing firm has asked a Philadelphia federal judge
for sanctions against two of its former employees who jumped ship for
Republic Bank, saying that texts between the ex-employees show the "nadir
of bad faith" about evidence destruction in their trade secrets
misappropriation suit.
