Crypto exchange Coinbase has asked a Manhattan federal judge to send the
question of whether digital assets meet the definition of investment
contracts to the Second Circuit, challenging a March order that found the
U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission had adequately pled that the
platform offered securities.
