An Army veteran who sought additional education benefits to attend Yale
Divinity School is owed more federal assistance, the U.S. Supreme Court
ruled Tuesday, upending an en banc Federal Circuit ruling that took a
narrower view of what he is entitled to based on his multiple tours of duty.
