The Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation on Thursday denied a bid to
move a Delaware bankruptcy proceeding regarding the collapse of
cryptocurrency exchange FTX Trading Ltd. to an ongoing multidistrict
litigation brought by the company's investors seeking to recoup their
losses.
