7th Circ. Sends PayPal Arbitration Question To Trial

The Seventh Circuit has revived a lawsuit challenging PayPal's method of
distributing charitable donations, saying a jury should consider the
plaintiff's claim that she never received notice that PayPal had updated
its user terms to require her to arbitrate the dispute.
